Support the UK’s clean nuclear power industry – Write to your MP

Nuclear power is one of the largest and most reliable sources of low-carbon electricity in the UK, and both the government and the Climate Change Committee have argued that modern nuclear power has an essential role to play in the transition to Net Zero, especially as electrification means we will need far more generation capacity than we currently have on the grid.

Write to your MP, urging them to attend upcoming events, engage with the industry and unions, and push for faster action on nuclear including bringing forward the legislation needed to introduce a new funding model for new nuclear, when parliament resumes in September.
