Email your MP to protect public service pension schemes
On Wednesday 15th April, the House of Commons will consider House of Lords amendments to the Pension Schemes Bill. This includes an amendment that would require the Government to publish a review of the fairness and fiscal sustainability of unfunded public service pension schemes.
Prospect are concerned that the purpose of this amendment is to build a case to close these schemes.
Please consider writing to your MP to ask them to keep the promises previously made about public service pension schemes, and to vote against this amendment.
