Email Your MP to help support self-employed and freelancers
Self-employed and freelance workers have been hit hard by the pandemic, and many have found that there is no real safety net or government support when times get tough.
The Inquiry into the Future of Self-Employment, set up by Prospect, Community and the Federation of Small Businesses, have called on government to use the Budget on 3 March to offer more support to the self-employed in the Budget.
We are asking for short-term support to close the gaps and support excluded workers, and protection for the future by extending rights to the self-employed and strengthening the safety net.
You can help by writing to your MP and asking them to demand a better deal for the self-employed in the Budget.
