Secure the future of the V&A - Write to your MP

Jobs at the V&A are at risk as the museum seeks to make cuts of around £10m.

These cuts are driven partly by Covid, but they have exposed the underfunding of the museum by government, which has cut grant funding by 22% since 2010.

Protecting our cultural heritage is not just about objects, it is about the experts who bring them to life. We are demanding that government provide emergency funding to secure the short term future of the V&A and avoid the need for sweeping job losses.
